Vetoquinol SA and Nippon Zenyaku Kogyo K.K. are pleased to announce the completion of the buyout of Nippon Zenyaku Kogyo K.K. shares in Vetoquinol Zenoaq K.K.  Consequently, Vetoquinol Zenoaq K.K. have changed its name to Vetoquinol Japan K.K. and relocated its registered office to Tokyo as of January 26^th, 2022.
